Meet Our Staff Club Managers

GARY HOOL

Gary Hool has been Club Manager since 1993. He started in the restaurant industry in 1976. Prior to joining CLCC, Gary worked at a variety of restaurants and hotels including Trattoria No. 10, Arnie’s, and the Ambassador West Hotel.

Gary’s role as Club Manager involves overseeing the entire food and beverage operation, as well as maintenance of the facility. His position encompasses event planning, both for members and non-members. He coordinates catering activities such as weddings, showers and business meetings from the planning stage through final execution.

Gary and his wife, Judy, were married in 1980 and live in Carol Stream. They have two daughters, Laura and Amy.

 

BRIAN NOSHAY

Brian Noshay is the Assistant Club Manager. Brian got his start in the restaurant business as a prep cook at various restaurants and country clubs, and then moved into the service side as a waiter and bartender at 1776 restaurant in Crystal Lake. After 7 years, Brian put his experience to work in management at Tip Top Bistro as the Service Manager and Wine Director.

Brian joined the club during the summer of 2007. Brian’s duties at Crystal Lake Country Club include assisting the Club Manager in maintaining the food and beverage operations as well as overseeing the wine program. With few exceptions, Brian is here every night the club is open to help provide an exceptional dining experience. His love of fine wines, great food and the pairing of the two gives him the ability to help members enjoy what the club’s kitchen and bar have to offer.

Brian and his wife Emily live in Woodstock with two children, Julian and Charlotte.
